The Good News?

Chemical peels are one of the best treatments to quickly make drastic, long-lasting and gorgeous changes to your skin.

The Bad News?

Oftentimes, these peeling treatments render you out of the office for several days, and up to two weeks after the treatment. If you follow recommendations of a series of peels, that's a whole lot of time that could have been spent elsewhere.

The ekseption-al Difference

It's no joke that our Peptide Peels are crafted differently. Ours don't leave you having to take days off of work due to shedding skin. They stand out from the rest with their deeply nourishing and hydrating results.

Top 6 Reasons to get a Peptide Peel?

1. Acne, large pores and acne scarring
2. Lines and wrinkles
3. Sun damage, pigmentation
4. Dull, lifeless skin that needs a good exfoliation to make it glow
5. Preventative measures for aging
6. Preparing the skin before other procedures like injections or the Vampire Facial®

Understanding Peptide Peels

While many peels focus solely on cell regeneration, retexturing, and resurfacing, the ekseption Peptide Peels go to the next level. With the addition of Polyhydroxy-Acids (PHA’s), Peptides and Hyaluronic Acid, these peels are the first of their kind.

Our main focus with ekseption is to create drastic and lasting results while being gentle on the skin with zero downtime.

About the Peptide Peel Procedure

With the use of Hyaluronic Acid and peptides, our peels feel like a gel when applied to the skin.

We use PHP’s, this means, skipping out on the burning sensation.

The peel is applied with layers to determine the strength and depth of the peel according to your desire and skin type.

The peel will be neutralized with ekseptions Carboxy Nutrilizer, causing a warming sensation and intense oxygenation of the skin which means fast healing!

How to Prepare Before Your Procedure

Speak with Dr. Barber if you are taking any medications, both orally or topically.

Use one of ekseptions activators and All-Day Shield for two to three weeks to:

  • Reduce gradually the skin pH between 4.5 to 5.0
  • Reduce the activity of melanocytes (these guys create pigmentation) to avoid post-peel hyper-pigmentation
  • Protect the skin from UV radiations and free radicals, meaning, use SPF
  • Activate the skin renewal process and eliminate superficial dead cells

What to Expect After Your Procedure

Less irritation, and more glow.

Go right back to work or out for a night on the town, your skin will look amazing!

Smooth, plump and hydrated! How many other peels do that?!?

For the days following treatment, patients should take the following measures:

Speak with Dr. Barber if you are taking any medications, both orally or topically.
